Doug joined Monteris in 2021 and was named Chief Financial Officer in November, 2023. Within this role, Doug oversees finance and accounting, treasury, risk management, and information technology operations. Prior to his current role, Doug held the Vice President of Finance and Controller position. He previously served as Director of Finance at Cardiovascular Systems, Inc., a publicly traded company within the cardiovascular space, where he led SEC reporting, accounting policy, and operational finance. His experience also includes senior management positions within the audit practice of global public accounting firm, Deloitte & Touche LLP, where he served a wide range of clients from large, publicly traded firms to small, privately held growth stage enterprises.
Doug graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire and is a Certified Public Accountant.
