Chris has extensive experience in the Life Sciences industry, having held senior human resources roles with Charles River Laboratories (bio-pharma), Beckman Coulter/Danaher (diagnostics) and American Medical Systems (medical device). Throughout his 30+ years in HR, he has established a proven track record of shaping HR strategy to support business objectives, fostering an inclusive culture, helping teams to optimize their impact and performance, and promoting employee engagement.
Chris has a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.
